The Capital Softball Association believes in the power of sport to act as a catalyst to build stronger communities. Our goal is to create a league where players and families are connected on and off the field of play. Which is why we are introducing our CSA Parent's Slo-Pitch team for the summer of 2026.
Parents & guardians of any registered Capital Softball Association player are welcome to add their name to our roster list at the link below as an expression of interest to join this co-ed recreational team. The team will take part in a local Orleans Slo-Pitch league to compete against other teams which will emphasize a social aspect between CSA families as much as actually playing the games themselves.
No prior experience is necessary. Just a good attitude, and a desire to connect with other families in the league. By filling out a short questionnaire, we will enter the team into the appropriate division based on the playing experience of respondents.
Games will be weeknights at fields in Orleans at varying times. We will be looking to take a larger than normal roster as we know that many of the families who expressed an interest in this last season are also involved in coaching as well. The league has yet to open registration for 2026, and they are still working on their schedules so we will look to pass along time/cost commitments to families prior to officially registering.
